I have a requirement to transfer the workitem( decision making task) to approver agent manager on deadline monitoring.
Could you please explain this?
Naveen – As I have explained in Part 2 of this Series – In the Process Obsolete Branch — instead of sending an email notification to the initiator, you could simply send the task to the agent manager.

Purchase requisition approval task
In this video, Manager has 3 choices-
1> approve
2> reject
3> Cancel
& manager has 2 minutes to make a decision.
What will happen if manager clicks on 3rd option – Cancel ??
The task will be obsolete or not after 2 min ?
