Hi Linkin,
I need to to give remainder to user for every 30 min with the work item as a attachment to his mail so that user can process work item right away from the mail, can you guide me how this could be achieved. currently i scheduled ‘RSWUWFML2’ program to send notifications to mail.

Hi Linkin, Thanks for your post, it is very helpful. I did similar configuration. In the work item report (SWI1) I can see the latest end time is updated properly with an red alarm sign. But since long it in the same status and not completed. Can you please advise what could be wrong.
